01 / Brand foundation
Give the product a consistent point of view.
I defined the brand positioning, messaging and visual identity for Rose N Jain, a new D2C clothing label. The direction focused on comfortable, elegant everyday loungewear.
This provided a shared basis for the store's product descriptions, collection presentation and launch communication.
02 / Shopify execution
Build the path from browsing to buying.
I built and optimised the Shopify storefront, working across the homepage, product-page structure, collections and product descriptions.
- Shopify store setup and a clear homepage structure.
- Collections and product-page organisation.
- Product descriptions shaped around the brand's positioning.
- Visual direction consistent with the clothing brand.
The work was designed to create a coherent buying experience, with brand messaging and store presentation supporting the same promise.
03 / Launch approach
Build awareness, then plan the conversion journey.
Organic launch
A 30-day content push
Organic content supported early awareness around the brand and its everyday loungewear proposition.
Paid strategy · Planned
An AIDA conversion plan
A Meta Ads strategy covering attention, interest, desire and action, with warm-audience conversion and product bundles.
The paid sales campaign was planned but had not been executed in the supplied portfolio. Revenue, return on ad spend and conversion-lift results are therefore not claimed for this project.
04 / Delivery & next steps
A foundation for the next stage of growth.
The completed work brings together brand direction and an implemented Shopify storefront. The next stage would be to validate the planned acquisition strategy against store behaviour and actual purchase outcomes.
What I would look at next
Product-page engagement, add-to-cart behaviour, checkout completion and first-order acquisition cost would help identify where to focus the next test.
