RedTeam Hackers Academy / Workshop campaign

From workshop interest
to enrolment.

The goal was to bring a RedTeam workshop to people interested in cybersecurity, start relevant conversations and help turn that interest into enrolments.

Workshop awareness Meta Ads Enrolment journey

Help the right people discover the workshop.

At RedTeam Hackers Academy, I used Meta Ads to connect the workshop with people interested in the field. The campaign brought awareness and form enquiries; some of those enquiries converted into enrolments.

The screenshot records the enquiry stage. No enrolment count or conversion rate is shown, so I keep those outcomes separate from the dashboard figures.

Connect the audience, message and follow-up.

As a Digital Marketing Executive at RedTeam Hackers Academy, I plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads for courses, workshops and demo sessions. For this workshop, I focused on finding people interested in the field and giving them a reason to enquire. My wider work includes audience targeting, creative testing plans, campaign monitoring and coordination with content and sales teams.

The result mattered after the click.

The campaign generated enquiries and contributed to workshop enrolments. The dashboard records 62 form leads, but it does not tell us how many became participants. I would connect the ad report with enquiry follow-up and enrolment records before calculating a conversion rate or cost per enrolment.

What the screenshot can verify

Lead volume, cost per form lead and spend. The workshop context and enrolment outcome come from my project experience, not from the dashboard itself.

Follow the enquiry into a conversation.

These are the checks I would use to build on a lead-generation result like this.

  • Contactability: how many enquiries the sales team can reach, and how quickly.
  • Qualification: whether the person's needs match the course or offer.
  • Progression: how many suitable leads attend a demo, book a conversation or take the next agreed step.
  • Customer acquisition: how spend connects to enrolments or sales once the lead cohort has had time to convert.

This keeps creative and audience decisions connected to the outcomes the business can use.

From acquisition
to the storefront experience.
